To monitor, plan and execute the Branding & Marketing activities (ATL & BTL)
Responsible for coordinating for branding related activities with internal links like – production, sales, advertising, promotion, research and development.
Selling the internal inventories of Hoarding.
On-going management Marketing lead to help achieve annual business objectives and revenue targets.
Ensuring all sponsors are integrated and achieve their business objectives
Pro-actively sourcing potential partners
Management, direction and delivery of all incumbent partners contractual rights
Developing leads with prospective with result for BTL activities in premises and building an industry network
Development of bespoke presentations, including market research and data to build a powerful and persuasive proposals based on the marketing objectives and the business needs of potential clients
Creatively use sponsorship assets to build and demonstrate innovative marketing programs which will add genuine value to potential clients and revenue to IRAL
Create activation proposals for sponsors that align with their strategy
Be the central point of contact internally and externally for all partner related activity
Ensure the digital, communications and other internal teams are fully aware of all campaign activities of sponsors
Lead on delivering all commercial rights in relation to the sponsors contract at all levels of the game.
As part of the Commercial and Marketing team, working closely with other streams of business – Hospitality, Events, Marketing and Commercial Operations.
Liaison with media and advertisement agencies
Support in expansion plan by branding for tie ups
Negotiation of all transactions
Finalization of lease contracts
Prepare Leasing Report for availability, pricing, and lettable dates of units, and note upgrades and renovations
Update vendor marketing sites for new listings, close old listings, and make adjustments for live accuracy
Promptly respond to inquiries made via phone, e-mails, text messages and provide accurate information
Qualify strong clients and arrange for a viewing and tour
Provide to clients First Class showing perform a thorough check prior to meeting the client, prepare all paperwork
Work closely with other Team Members Property Manager, Facilities Coordinator, and Construction Managers to ensure first class service
Possess 5 years experience in high value business to sponsors, Branding, In house inventory, and BTL Space selling activities in Premises.
Demonstrate experience developing relationships with key decision makers at multinational brands
Project management experience is advantageous with clear evidence of delivery within tight timescales.
Understanding of conventional and digital media platforms.
Relevant industry , Hospitality, Retail, Mall, FEC,Recreation & Amusement.
Salary:INR 4,00,000 – 5,00,000 P.A. Best in the Industry
