  2. ·         Propose reasonable solution to clients requirement in alignment with technical & budget feasibility
  3. ·         Bring clarity in work scope between development team & client
  4. ·         Mentoring and monitoring of the resources
  5. ·         Leading and managing multiple projects end to end
  6. ·         Client interaction as needed for execution of project
  7. ·         Need-based involvement in pre-sales
  8. ·         Study of new domains as per inputs from Business Development team
  9. ·         Study of existing domains
  10. ·         Proposing Enhancement for Next Phase of the Projects 
  11. ·         Managing multiple clients engagements
  12. ·         Project Estimation
  13. ·         Project tracking, risks and mitigation planning
