        We are looking for self-driven people who are passionate about Business Development/Sales. This role has the potential to scale up to a higher degree of responsibility and as such we are looking for someone with a high level of accountability and ownership with a positive & winning attitude.
        The ideal candidate will be highly organised with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and he will enjoy setting benchmarks.
        Excellent verbal and written communication skills – fluency in verbal and written English is an absolute must.
        MBA’s preferred. However, a candidate with a Bachelors degree with relevant work experience can also apply.
        A minimum of 4-5 years of Sales experience in technology, preferably in IT services selling with an overall experience of 7-8 years in International Business Development/Sales Role.
        Experience in managing customer relationships in a B2B environment.
        Proven experience of meeting/exceeding targets in a metric-driven sales environment.


        Generate qualified opportunities through phone calls, emails, internet research etc.
        Inside Sales Executives (Sales hunters), who can snatch business by calling prospective companies/customers.
        Manage a minimum 80 – 90 calls per day.
        Build a strong pipeline of leads/ prospects and provide updates on a timely basis.
        Meet or exceed weekly/monthly/quarterly business development/sales objectives.

        Good listener & organisational skills
        Excellent ability in analysing opportunity – ability to farm accounts
