    We are looking for voice BPO Voice process Associates (Inbound or Outbound) / Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development/ Inside sales/ Market Research / Technical support folks – Night shift – Only Male.

    Position : Business Development Executive (US Sales)
    Shift : Night Shift


    We are looking for 6 months to 7 years of experience in business development/ cold calling / international sales / Business Development/ Technical support folks.

    Any UG or PG Freshers with excellent communication skills and Passionate towards sales, willing to take challenges and meet sales targets consistently will also be considered.

    Should be Interested in cold calling, pitching to right person in the US (CXOs), fixing appointments for corporate presentations.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong client relationship skills.

    Passionate towards sales, willing to take challenges and meet sales targets consistently.

    Should be able to understand Mobile and associated Technologies

    Should be well versed on LinkedIn and acquiring stakeholders using linkedin.


    Must be Willing to work in Night Shift and Male candidates are eligible

    Job Description:

    Make outbound cold calls to targeted list of prospects.

    Pitch Photon’s value proposition for outsourcing and onsite consulting work to companies in the US

    Talk to influencers and decision makers involved in procuring IT/software development services.

    Qualify prospects and identify potential opportunities

    Regular follow-ups with the prospects that have been identified as potential clients and who have shown interest to use our services.

    Schedule Conference calls.

    Co-ordinate with Technical Team to schedule pre-sales discussion, ensure smooth communication between prospect, sales team
