Department: Services
Titl Reports to : Business Process/System Quality Support Manager.

Ability to identify data issues and working closely with the related operations for resolution
Within a certain priority & severity matrices.
Performing a root cause analyst within a structured data science & data mapping between different systems of CRM.
Performing comprehensive analysis that are related to multiple inputs from CRM system, ending with a conclusive result such CSI, complaints, IRV hits, online data, stores traffic etc.
Performing quality assurance verification, including measuring the data integrity, examining methods & metrics for reaching into a successful data release.
Preparing call flow reports & developing service operations procedures (SOPs) to any activity that is related to CRM or customer experience, & it comers under the CRM accountability & responsibility.
Operating the data campaigns as per the given purpose with the high accuracy with Marketing & commercial.
Generating the required reports on weekly/monthly base that must states the data integrity status or the data cleaning up progress.
Social media engagement analysis.
Ability to handle the customers purchasing behavior & capturing the patterns on demand.
Familiar with call center analysis & reporting schemes, & how-to-capture the pain areas operationally.
Ability to perform data mining activities to have a smooth process operations & methodologies that end with a crystal benefits on the revenues stabilization to maintain the long term relation concept.

It engineering degree is required & bachelors degree from five year college.
Two years of CRM experience in Telecom.
Two years of data analyst in Telecom
One year of IT experience with the customers interfacing & database systems (Siebel/IVR/e-Care) in Telecom.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-energy, interactive, & organized team environment.
Strong attention to details & accuracy.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills ( English/ Arabic)
High level of MS. Office experience.
