Job Description

Responsible for the smooth functioning and for the satisfactory rooming and welfare of all guests of Novotel Chennai SIPCOT.

Responsible for Reception, Concierge operations, Hospitality and Cashier.

To liaise with the other departments to ensure smooth functioning of all Front Office operations.

Ensure that rooms have been maintained according to Novotel  Standards.

Ensure quality in all aspects of work and among the staff in the lobby.

Le Club/Accor Loyalty Program Guidelines are followed.

Financial process & Guidelines are maintained .

Ensure maximum room occupancy within agreed over booking policy.

Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures & policies.
