Major Areas of Responsibilities :-
Assist BCCDs in complaints resolutions as per BEL norms.
Resolution of complaints escalated at branches from HO/Mail/Web/letters/Phones.
Ensure BCCDs maintain adequate spare parts
Trade Partners Management -Visit trade partners regularly to collect feedback on service quality rendered by BCCDs, Product performance feedback and take corrective actions where necessaryInteraction with end users their Service Requirements
– Interaction with various Internal Customers Mktg/Sales/BSS/Design/CDTS for exchange of information and regular feedback and follow up for quality improvements
– Coordinate with branch ware house and BCCD for spare parts availability and its financials.
– Coordinate with BCCD and trade partners for resolving non saleable product stock related issues and such service needs.
