Designation: Recruitment Coordinator cum Front office
Location: Velachery, Chennai.

We are looking for a talented Recruiting coordinator to join our team and participate in the initial stage of the hiring process at Front office. You will be responsible for screening the candidates, evaluating resumes, conducting interviews the initial round

Key Deliverables:-

    Applicants tracking until a candidate is handed over to the recruiter concerned.

    We are looking for a skilled Front Office cum a recruitment coordinator to undertake managing the daily walk-in and screening the candidates.

    This individual is on the front lines with candidates and their initial contact with candidates is a reflection on the company that they represent.

    Coordinators in the recruiting or HR department activities and also handles a great deal of paperwork.

    Handle Front office activities.

    Connecting the candidates for the initial round for the recruiters to have filtration as in for (Voice/Non Voice)

    Ensures that the daily walk-ins reports are sent as per the source avenues.

The Ideal candidate will also possess the following skills:

    Any Graduates or Post Graduate with excellent verbal communication and a pleasing personality.

    Prior experience on front office and HR activities like initial scrutinization will be an added advantage.

    Able to promptly answer & support related Phone calls, Chat & Emails.

    Self Motivated, Detail-oriented and organized.
