1.Close coordination with Key accounts
2.Preparation of SBU presentation, Brochure material, marketing materials & updating the TUV web-site
3.Prepare pricing guidelines, Develop Sales budget
4.Analyze Sales & Gross profit statements (from Accounts) & discuss them with VP SBU.
5.Contract review & Bid approval.
6.Complaint analysis for all laboratories
7.Responsible for performance of all BUs in the country and manage.
8.Monitoring Competitor activities.
9.Providing Strategic Guidelines to Sales Team and operation.
10.Co-ordination / Participating in Trade Fairs & other Brand Promotion activities.
11.Liaising with the publishers of Directories / Journals related to Textile Industries for releasing our Advertisements.
12.Preparing Sales Monitoring Reports.
13.Keeping track of the Revenue details / progress with all the Laboratories.
14.Maintaining good rapport with the existing clientele.
15.Technical updates to client as & when required.
16.Supporting International Sales Team.
17.Supporting to Lab Operations team for Resource planning.
18.Supporting the region for any strategic decisions based on Business forecast.
19.Supporting with data pertaining to the progress with Laboratories.
20.Responsible for the conversion of Premium Clients & maintaining rapport with them.
21.Responsible for conversion of the clients based on any nomination, in respective regions.
22.Maintaining the Client status (Revenue / Samples) across the Laboratories.
23.Training to Sales Team, as and when required. Supporting the region / division for Budget Formulation for various services
