12 month fixed term contract initially

We currently have a newly created opportunity for an HRIS Administrator with a passion for information systems and data to support our HR Shared Services team.  Working in a fast paced often high pressure environment, this role will play a key part in supporting the HR team from a data integrity and administration perspective.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Data entry of HR information into PeopleSoft
  • General HR administration
  • Filing
  • Invoicing
  • Auditing PeopleSoft data
This role will suit a business degree qualified graduate (ideally in Information Systems, HR or Finance) with at least 1 years’ experience in a similar data related role, with some HR systems knowledge and advanced Excel skills.  You must have very high attention to detail, excellent administration skills and natural ability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders.
