Job Description

        Entry into identified Class A outlets through placement of UIL products
        Achieve targeted counter-share through achieving sell-in targets from these outlets
        Beyond the identified list of outlets, identify the potential and new sales opportunities / counters which can be covered under Class A program
        Set MOPs (through budgeted schemes) to maximize penetration and achieve the same sales plans by monitoring supply, service, sell-out, demand and compete activities
        Identify category-wise potential of Class A counters in city, and accordingly formulate a share capture plan
        Facilitate strong sell-out of UIL products through deployed In-store Promoters, Product Demonstrators, and managing visibility and merchandizing at these outlets (can coordinate with FLSP and LASM for this)
        Support the teams down the line in generating and pursuing sell-out leads
        Maximize UILs range presence in Class A counters
        Ensure placement of new product launches and categories as per plan at relevant Class A counters
        Provide inputs to RMs and BU-Commercial on customised scheme requirements (within budget identified)
        Manage scheme deployment at Class A outlets, and their speedy settlement through distributors / UIL commercial. Establish the scheme with the counter, and commensurate sales tie-ups
        Identify suitable counters for deploying visibility elements; Manage the deployed visibility elements and assets to be used with high productivity
        Fast-track resolution of issues at Class A outlets through coordination with internal stake holders
        Overall management of inputs so that the initiatives deliver the required ROI to UIL
        Oversee that sales to Class A counters are profitable to distributors
        Manage productivity of ISPs and Demonstrators to deliver profitable sales
        Ensure relevant trainings and skill up-gradation for high efficiency
        Ensure proper and effective communication of UILs proposition to Class A counters
        Category-wise sales planning at designated counters
        Timely review of manpower productivity and target delivery
        Analyse profitability of selling to individual Class A counters for UIL as well as distributors
        Identify relevant placement of BTL and visibility assets
        Analyse information pertaining to competitive products, competitive prices, and related terms and conditions of sale and offer feedback on the market and competitors and document such information for strategic planning.
        Provide feedback on the market and competitors to the regional and sales functions down the line to ensure better coordination and deployment of plans / initiatives.
