Responsible for handling enquiries and internal /external call transfers, recording the important issues and transmit to related personnel; answering the general question to client and providing the non confidential information.
Welcoming, informing and guiding visitors including co-ordination with employees.
Meeting room reservation and coordination, provide the equipment for meeting (projector, whiteboard, pen,ect) and ensure that the meeting room equipment and layout in accordance with the booking requirements.
Booking and manage the projector.
Check and manage the office supplies and consumables, provide the goods inventory per month.
Provide the service of collection and express the mail or parcel, make a report for distribution and registration, verify the tracking number and invoice mount per monthly.
When the office equipment malfunction, help to repair and report to manager.
According to the requirements of the manager to complete the other work assigned.
All the terms and conditions shall be adjusted in accordance with the specific scope of work agreed by Party A.
