Soft Service Manager for Suzhou – China

Job Description

1)       Manage all the soft services within SOW including cleaning/uniform management/pest control/landscaping/reception/gym and etc.

2)       Manage cleaner’s SOW and monitor cleaning quality/KPI(including GMP/Non-GMP area), follow and control related findings/corrective actions/ improvement actions.

3)       Develop the GMP/non-GMP cleaning/disinfection SOPs and relevant work instruction. Give trainings to cleaning team members

4)       Optimize the cleaning shift arrangement and cleaning efficiency

5)       Support internal GxP leader/Roche QA team to do cleanliness validation if needed.

6)       Monitor and control cleaner’s HR process including recruiting/resignation/interview/on board…

7)       Manage the uniform cleaning service, ensure clean uniform provided on site with enough quantity and high quality

8)       Optimize laundry service frequency and laundry category

9)       Responsible for the landscaping/indoor plant service, ensure the campus with high quality view

10)   Responsible for the Gym service onsite, manage the gym coach’s performance, continually develop the gym class

11)   Manage/follow team member’s training process and related record.

12)   Roche Suzhou company event/admin support and related admin proposal

13)   Comply with all SHE policies and procedures
