Provide Pre sales Counselling and advise the students regarding Admission Services and test prep.
Share information on various courses, colleges, test prep products, application process and dead lines on proactive basis.
To be a single point of interface for all customers till conversion.
Ensure students are properly educated on the benefits and advantages of enrolling with Manya.
Support enrollment process.
Address questions on Visa, travel arrangement , legal requirements , documents etc.
Coordinate with respective team for the product services.
Resolve student grievances in consultation with the Centre Manager.
Capturing accurate client information on an enquiry form and timely entering the same in system.
Proper maintance of inventory and timely issue of kits to students.
Generate walk ins from telephonic lead , leads from other sources and referrals.
Maintain confidentiality of data.
Complying to the batch plan and launching the batch as per the plan and effectively communicate the dates and times of the batches to the students and parents.
Proactively up selling and cross selling relevant products.
Salary:INR 3,00,000 – 5,00,000 P.A.
