Understanding the importance of Customer care and delivering the training
To support in improve sales by providing high CS
Arranging and coordinating the self-development career path training program
Improve CS at the target dealerships
Training delivery to dealer 3S staff, coordination with respect to all the projects, Module preparation
Maintaining MIS
Timely report preparation

Skill Set Required:

Good Communication
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Accuracy of content in training
Strong in Presentation and Excel
