To Drive Outlet Expansion & improve Quality of Outlets by focus on Win-back & Stable outlets .
1 The distribution RM needs to identify the Weak Areas & markets for Outlet expansion by plotting current base on a google map & plotting the DPL vs Population of the specific markets. On the basis of Gap areas, he will work with zonal teams to ensure distribution expansion.
2 He / She will undertake outlet expansion in the identified gap areas through the Prepaid RMs, Distributors & their DSEs. He will work on Leading all programs related to Expansion & Retention of outlets. He will also Manage a team of MDEs.
3 The Distribution RM will also work on improving the Quality of Outlets, i.e, building stable outlets & increasing the value of business from the current outlets.
