o Companies then to avoid purchasing cost; they outsource their recruitment work to Job placement consultancies.
o Job Placement consultancies then purchase a small access to the Job Portals (example Naukri, Monsterindia, Timesjobs, Shine, Dice…etc) and post Jobs, send SPAM emails, send bulk messages, send irrelevant emails or call candidates for even non-matched openings also just to recover the amount invested in the portal and earn more.
